There were a few "firsts" of my photography career at Lindsey & Patrick's wedding...
It rained...the ENTIRE day...up until departure of course!
I may or may not have fallen from wet feet and trekking around...twice!
The groom through a football with the garter wrapped around it for the garter toss.
It was not only the bride's wedding day, but also her birthday!
Now I don't wish for rain on anyone's special day, if it could have happened to anyone though, Lindsey and Patrick were the couple to ROCK IT!!!
These two, their bridal party, and family & friends were such a vibe!!! They were down for whatever, they hung with the best of them, and a little rain didn't hurt a soul - it even made for a dreamy first dance photo opp. By the end of the night, my couple said screw it, let's take it to a whole other level and closed the night out by jumping in the pool n
The amount of love and support from everyone was incredible. Everyone there was an absolute trooper and stuck it out with them the entire time. I absolutely loved the Spanish villa feels to this backyard wedding. The colors they chose, the cake (which was to die for by the way), and the setting were all just so fun to capture!
Here's hoping no more raining on my couples wedding day - but if it does, may they rock it out just like these two did!!!
